Constructive acted as Employers Agent and Cost Consultant for the refurbishment of this Grade II listed building in the heart of the Mayfair Conservation Area.
Full refurbishment of six floors of a Grade II listed building within a conservation area and an extensive Grade II façade restoration. Structural extension and new terrace to the rear previous plant area and a bespoke steel spiral staircase to the new mezzanine space. Internally, a new lift and fully refurbished WCs and shower room have been installed with a new oak herringbone parquet flooring to tenant spaces.
