Paul Willis

Paul is a director and owner of Constructive Management Limited and heads up the Project Management Core Team.

Paul has over 20 years’ experience in the property industry across a wide range of sectors including commercial, residential and education on projects up to a construction value of £100m.

Having worked as lead Project Manager and Employer’s Agent on a variety of complex projects, he has a proven track record as a flexible and adaptable member of the project team capable of delivering projects and adding value at all stages.

Paul has a proactive, strategic and collaborative style of Project Management and provides a confident and assured delivery. He enjoys leading and being part of a team that is committed to providing a successful outcome for the project.

He holds a BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying and is a member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
