Constructive were brought into the project once the client had run into some difficulties with the existing team. The project involved three new industrial units totalling 35,000 sqft and included the implementation of project recovery programme and management of the existing team. Constructive acted as Employer Agent and Disaster Recovery for the development of new industrial units. Appointed mid-project, our role was to ensure the swift and effective delivery of three units in Tonbridge.
