Constructive acted as Project Manager, Employers Agent and Cost Consultant for the combined Cat A and B Fit Out for a global reinsurance company at 20 Gracechurch Street. 

The lease agreement included a landlord contribution towards the Cat A refurbishment which allowed our client to create a highly bespoke exposed services fit out fully aligned to their occupational and operational needs.

The fit out also includes a subsidised staff café, a new large external terrace, board and meeting room facilities. Collaboration and flexible meeting areas. Open plan workspace with sit/stand desks.
