CPM provided the core site development team for a €160 million API plant expansion. The expansion consisted of the main API plant retrofit, new Tank Farm, Drum Store, Warehouse, Incinerator and MCC. The team consisted of process / mechanical engineers, construction managers, electrical / mechanical / civil field coordinators, cost controllers, commissioning / validation engineers and QA engineers. The CPM team also managed the main design consultant and were responsible for the project from detail design stage through to handover to the client.

Wyeth Biopharmaceutical Campus, Grange Castle, Co. Dublin.
Part of Client Facilities / Start-up team managing the transition of Process Modules and Production Areas from the site Integrated Commissioning and Validation (ICV) team new €1.5 billion Bio-Pharmaceutical campus. Weekly reporting to Wyeth Senior management on progress of plant start-up and commissioning. CPM project team also completed site small projects brief and reported directly to the Facilities group.

Bristol Myers Squibb – Cruiserath, Mulhuddart, Co. Dublin.
Area client project managers responsible for the hand-over of Process Modules and Production Areas from EPCM contractor on new €500 million bulk pharmaceutical plant. Role involved ongoing design review and resolution of technical problems in the hand-over of new production documentation and end-user auditors for process start-up.

Conocophillips, Whitegate Oil Refinery, Cork
Clients Project Manager / Project Engineering Manager for the design and construction of a clean fuels plant expansion project. Role involved the management of the EPCM contractor and Clients Design Review team to ensure the required quality of the engineering practices were implemented and maintained through the execution of the project. Role also consisted of budgetary and schedule control and management on this €70 million project

Intel Ireland, Leixlip, Co. Kildare.
Client project managers for on-site facility upgrade projects comprising of FAB 10 Auditorium and Office building extension, New Training Labs, Existing Warehouse extension and Traffic Flow / Control projects. Roles involved the complete management of project from initial funding requests, front end studies, detail design, construction and hand-over, and as part of the build out of the $2 billion new Fabrication Plant (Fab 24) at its Leixlip Site, Intel awarded CPM a contract to install latest technology manufacturing equipment for production of the next generation Intel procesors.

Xerox Corporation Ireland, Dundalk, Co. Louth.
Responsible, on behalf of Xerox, for set-up and execution of the Handover process for a new campus comprising 3 factory units and one toner production facility. Role consisted of Development of handover procedures, QA walk-downs, witnessing tests, commissioning, Documentation QA and tracking, Liaison with facilities team for ongoing maintenance contracts and ongoing small projects design and execution.

Centocor BV, Leiden, The Netherlands.
Client Project Managers for new €50 million Biotech. Plant Expansion (1996 – 1998) and management of onsite small projects (1998 – 2002). Roles consisted of ensuring best engineering practices and quality control procedures were implemented and maintained during the execution of both the main and small scale projects. Budget and schedule control were also assigned as was the management of the EPCM contracts in the production of the engineering deliverables and plant start-up and handover.
